Fleming Investment Properties was founded on group investing:
local partners pooling capital to buy property that produces income from day one. Nearly three decades later the model has not changed, and neither has the address book everything we own sits inside Lubbock.
Our mission is to create wealth for our investors in income producing real estate and small businesses, with a target of a 20% annual return on invested capital. The way we protect that return is by refusing to hand the day-to-day work to anyone else.
Bookkeepers, property managers and the owners of our operating companies all work out of one office. When a tenant calls about a leak or an investor calls about a distribution, they reach the people who make the decision.
